Shipping Policy

A. All orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding public holidays or weekends.
B. Delivery time: 5–7 business days, and the total delivery time does not exceed 14 business days.
C. Shipping method: Air freight.
D. Shipping cost: Free.
E. Incorrect addresses or delivery to a different address may incur an address change fee.

All orders are processed within 24 hours after we receive the order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an additional notification once your order has been shipped.


How do I check the status of my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.
